Get ready for some fall fun at October’s Wailuku First Friday! Is it ever too early to dress up? Come in costume and enjoy a keiki costume parade, merchant trick-or-treating, and fantastic entertainment! Wailuku First Friday, a beloved community event celebrating art, culture, and community spirit in Wailuku, is scheduled to make its return on August 2nd. Organizers are currently in the planning stages for the event, which promises to bring back the vibrant atmosphere and local charm that attendees have come to love.
Wailuku First Friday traditionally features live music, art exhibitions, local food vendors, and activities for all ages, creating a festive environment for residents and visitors alike. The event highlights the rich cultural heritage of Wailuku and supports local businesses and artists. "We are excited to announce that Wailuku First Friday will be returning in August," said Daryl Fujiwara, event coordinator. "We are currently in the planning process and look forward to sharing more details soon. It's going to be a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy everything Wailuku has to offer."
